But you, LORD, do not be far from me. You are my strength; come quickly to help me. Psalm 22:19
Feeling alone takes great strength. Some might not understand this, but I do. And I do not want one soul to remain in such darkness and aloneness. There is so much energy and healing that occurs as we get back into the light. That is the part that takes such strength…the ability it takes to p-u-l-l out of it. It’s so overwhelming to be here…no one lands here on purpose…which makes getting out seem all the more impossible. But I say do not give the how another thought when you find yourself all alone. Only carry the knowledge of one thing, there is ONE who gives YOU the strength you need. ONE who can close the door to this sadness, hurt, or pain. And one who cares not how you got here, but only that you leave!
But I say do not give ‘the how’ another thought when you find yourself all alone. Only carry the knowledge of one thing… there is ONE who KNOWS how to give YOU the strength you need. ONE who can close the door to this sadness, hurt, or pain. And ONE who cares not of how you got there, BUT ONLY THAT YOU LEAVE.
This is my plea today. Commit this verse to memory. Dark days lie ahead for us all- but having the strength to call upon the Lord will free us of this place. We are his children, because of that we always have a choice. Always choose to call upon the Lord, He gives us strength.
