HOW WELL AM I WALKING BY FAITH?

For we live by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7

I came across this image while setting up an Instagram post for later this week. Sometimes I have to go looking for inspiration and other times it simply jumps out at me.

I really like this image. It leaves me feeling like this journey will be good. The view is glorious, the path well marked, and the individual seems prepared with her backpack. But truly it doesn’t matter where we are going or how prepared we are if we do not have God with us. Without God, this wonderful world can be quite harsh.

Any journey, regardless of our preparation or how beautiful the view is, is an opportunity to walk by faith. The key to walking by faith, regardless of where it is and how the journey looks, is to keep God as our home.
