However in today’s blog, I will highlight a few of the main topics for those who missed it. The training is broken down into three main areas of life; mind, body, and faith. Let’s take a closer look.


Busyness is killing us and cluttering up our minds, exhausting our days, and overwhelming our progress. I do a lot of coaching on finding purpose and direction. But even that can overwhelm us if we fail to prioritize, delegate, and rest. We will touch on some fabulous tips for laser focus and effective prioritizing.

JOYFUL FOCUS: Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad. Proverbs 12:25 ESV

PRIORITY PROMISES: (FREE COACHING TOOL) Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:15-17 ESV


We were given our bodies to use as we wish. Free will. Once we get to a place where we actually give ourselves back to God, it’s hard to grasp the idea of how best our bodies can work.

Many of you know several years back I struggled with extreme body pain, an extra 35 pounds, and crippling fatigue. I didn’t go on any crazy diet or fill myself full of today’s remedies, I turned to the word and had a heart to heart with God and my life, my body, and my priorities.

The program truly teaches folks to take care of their body in a way that they know pleases and brings glory to God. I am getting so much joy watching these people partner their life with God… health regimen included, and God works! (Try ‘Tapping Into The Triune’ for power in God partnered living.)

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31


Many health and wellness programs focus on the mind and body, so stress management programs, diet, and exercise regimens. That is so good, but it is lacking. As a nurse, I learned early on an individual’s spiritual place and personal relationships have so much to do with how well they cope, feel, and enjoy life. We will break this portion of training into 4 parts.
