KNOWING, HOLDING, AND TRUSITNG HIS PLAN FOR YOU

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

This image and verse were on my Instagram post this morning. I try to make them something a little different than my blog, but today I felt nudged to offer up the same bit of encouragement to you all as well.  I want us to head out this weekend with an energized and light heart.

It is energizing and at the same time, wonderfully content to be reassured of how our God has a great plan for us. As we call on Him, learn to hear Him, and let Him work in us we can find peace in our labor. We can stop forcing things to happen that maybe shouldn’t be. We can wait patiently knowing a new door will open and to rest for now. We can push with gusto as we feel called and it is simply shocking to look back at the great work He does in us- as we follow His lead.

Our calls are unique, not one alike, which is absolutely wonderful. Some are called to be the most amazing mom or dad and wife or husband, others to lead and direct outside the home. We all share one thing- to love and serve in this mission. Today’s post is simply about knowing, believing, working, and calling on our God-given life plan.

Blessings and joy friends, to know God and His plans for your life, to hold them dear, and to trust that He will do as promised in Jeremiah 29:11
