If God Played This Piano

What if God sat at this very piano and played? What a magnificent sound it would make!
This is my thought related to our bodies when God is appointed as the player in our lives.
How awesome is a wonderfully hand-crafted piano, if it is never played? Imagine a finely crafted instrument rarely used and not appreciated for its full potential. How disappointing is it to see the most finely crafted instruments missing keys, out of tune, and used only to pluck away on by an unappreciative guest?
We are handcrafted by the craftsman of all!
We are capable of so much beauty and excellent performance. Do we allow ourselves to be unused pianos… great instruments tucked in a corner with lost potential? Worse yet, do we allow the pretender to play us, therefore diminishing our capabilities and resulting in a noise that turns others away?
For the most part, we do our best with these beautifully made bodies. But how magnificent do you want your music to be? How great of an effect do you want to leave on those who ‘hear’ you?
The awesome thing is that each and every one of us, regardless of our past, may invite the Almighty to take seat at our piano. To play the song of our life that could spread across the nation. You have the ability to do great things. How much do you let God work in you?
Partner with God everyday. Invite Him into all areas of your life and allow Him to do great work in you!
When his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD gave him success in everything he did, Joseph found favor in his eyes and became his attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household, and he entrusted to his care everything he owned. From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the LORD blessed the household of the Egyptian because of Joseph. The blessing of the LORD was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field. So Potiphar left everything he had in Joseph’s care; with Joseph in charge, he did not concern himself with anything except the food he ate… , Genesis 39: 3-6
Two big points we are not to miss in this verse. First, that Joseph, regardless of his difficult start to life, had partnered with God- he let God work in him. Second, is that success was the result!
You are a finely crafted instrument capable of such greatness!
