My heart for our beautiful young ladies…

My daughter Riley was home this weekend, and she wore not a stitch of makeup all weekend- and she was beautiful! She was heartfelt, loving, and invested her time in me. As she left for collage I missed her so much wanting more of her loving spirit. It simply made me aware of the power of love and beauty. My heart then went to our youth. Today’s post is for our beautiful young ladies trying to navigate in this crazy world. Please share the post or tag a daughter or friend.
Adornment and energy to simply please and entice with the eye will encourage just that- someone interested in only what the eye can see. Now to radiate beauty of the heart, mind, and soul…that too will invite another who wishes to invests the same.
Young girls and ladies as you prepare for relationships keep close to your heart the wisdom of 1 Peter 3:3-4. You will get what you give. The world is all about giving too much, too fast, in so many wrong ways. I just want to say it loud and clear- YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU GIVE. Please consider my heart for each of you and your loving beauty… stand out in our world today by being soulful-beautiful-and loving! This is what you will get in return.
Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight. 1 Peter 3:3-4
