My prayer request comes out of a message I was listening to this afternoon. The question He posed to me through the message, is there any area of my life where his blessings have become so familiar that I am unable to receive His favor? The request that I give him permission to remove all that has become so familiar that to could rob me of gratitude and that I would be open to new ways, even if it requires new thoughts whether that be about how I see myself or How I see Him, That I stop trying to shoehorn Him into the ways I think He is supposed to bless me; remove every preconceived idea or notion and be open to however and whoever he wants either or both lavish His blessings and favor on me in my life this week; or also enlarge my understanding of Him.
