3 ESSENTIAL STEPS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Several individuals have asked for a recording my training on Balanced Living & Health and Wellness from the Legacy Leader Forum last month.
We could all use some tips on balanced living and faith-based health and wellness, so enjoy! It’s 30 minutes long but worth every second so play it while enjoying a cup of tea, getting ready in the morning, or maybe while on a car ride.
Local folks, be sure to swing by the Downtown Grille, Orange City, Iowa, at noon on the last Wednesday of each month for more faith-based training! I love teaching on topics that inspire Christian Leadership at home, at work, or in your community!
